Your Miracle Whip is almost entirely handcrafted, and made from the finest materials. The end result of our painstaking efforts is an instrument of exceptional quality.

The C-VAT rotor is progressively hand-wound through the hard-gold-plated contact plate pcb, soldered turn-by-turn as it's created.  Each rotor is then individually matched to a precision-machined shaft and collar assembly.  The contactors are hand-formed, punched and drilled from solid 1/16" brass stock 

The immersion-gold treated motherboard, 57-inch whip and shock-mounted PL259 connector are assembled into the housing which is then ready to accept the rotor, contactors 
and detent mechanism.  The unit is cleaned and lubricated, then the knob is mounted and the back installed (we even lubricate the screws).  Every finished unit is tested on the air on all bands for both RX and TX performance.  No unit leaves our hands unless it's perfect.
