We're not lawyers, so this is pretty simple - Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials or craftsmanship for three years from the date of purchase.  You may return your unit to us for warranty service (you pay shipping) and we'll either fix or replace it promptly.  

This guarantee does not cover wear, abuse, or lack of maintenance. We will service units damaged by these conditions for a reasonable fee.  

You should call us to discuss a warranty return before shipping it - we may be able to sort out the problem over the phone, or advise you further.  

 

Always contact us first for return instructions.  

If you want to return a unit to us for service, you must clearly mark on the outside of the box and on any customs documentation, "Goods Manufactured in Canada Returned for Warranty Service".  Ensure this label is not obscured by shipping labels or waybills.  If your package is not properly marked we may be charged customs fees to receive it, and we will bill these fees back to you.  

Do not return units to us via courier such as UPS, Purolator or other unless you have prepaid all brokerage fees - use regular or priority mail.  Shipments that arrive here with these fees due will be refused unless you have pre-arranged this with us.

Our policy is that all sales are final unless we have consented otherwise in writing.  You are welcome to contact us if you feel you have a special requirement in this regard and we will try to accommodate your special needs.

You are welcome to call us at any time to ask questions about products you'd like to purchase - we will always do our level best to help you decide if one of our products will suit your needs, and to advise you honestly what to expect in terms of performance before you buy.
